Returning Sundry Items

We hope you're delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item (excluding kitchen appliances), we’re happy to offer a full refund or exchange—provided the item is in resaleable condition and includes it’s original, undamaged packaging.

 

• Return Window: Returns should be made within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 working days of receipt.
• Packaging Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods: If your order arrives faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please notify us immediately and confirm in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
• Postage & Collection Charges: Postage fees are non-refundable, and a collection charge may apply for returned items.

Extended Delivery Items

Some items—such as certain crockery may have extended delivery times. We aim to dispatch these as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7–10 working days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
