Delivery Terms, Charges & Options

STANDARD UK DELIVERY (Mainland Only)

 

1. Delivery Charges

• Orders under £100.00 (ex. VAT): £7.95 + VAT (£9.54 inc. VAT)
• Orders over £100.00 (ex. VAT): FREE for internet orders.
• Commercial Knives: A surcharge of £4.05 + VAT (£4.86 inc. VAT) applies.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard delivery is typically made within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

3. Coverage Area

• Delivery service applies to mainland UK only
• Exclusions: Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and other remote/offshore areas
• For delivery to excluded regions, please contact us on (01803) 310333 for a tailored estimate.

4. Weekend & Holiday Policy

• Deliveries are not made on weekends or UK public holidays
• Orders placed after 2PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

5. Weight Limit

• Standard delivery covers parcels up to 20kg per consignment

REMOTE DELIVERIES

BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY

Orders placed during bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day (subject to stock availability)

• Please allow 5–7 working days for delivery
• Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability
